چکیده
As the adaptive cruise control system (ACCS) on vehicles is well developed today, vehicle manufacturers have increasingly employed this technology in new-generation intelligent vehicles. Pulse-and-glide (PnG) strategy an efficacious driving to diminish fuel consumption traditional oil-fueled However, current studies rarely focus verification of energy-saving effect PnG electric (EV) and embedding ACCS. This study proposes a pulse-and-glide-driven (PGACCS) model, which leverages as parallel function with (CC) verifies that EVs by optimizing energy cost operation using Intelligent Genetic Algorithm Particle Swarm Optimization (IGPSO). article builds up simulation model EV regenerative braking ACCS based performance PGACCS evaluated; optimized, evaluated. result optimization, could cut down 28.3% compared CC ACCS, effective for promising option EV.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is assumed to have a potential to improve quality-of-service and safety and to reduce the environmental impact of the road traffic system. This paper use vehicle trajectories from traffic simulation to study impacts of ACC on vehicle acceleration and deceleration rates. The analysis is based on traffic simulations with car-following models including ACC functionali...
متن کاملA Genetic-Fuzzy Control Strategy for Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle
Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) are driven by two energy convertors, i.e., an Internal Combustion (IC) engine and an electric machine. To make powertrain of HEV as efficient as possible, proper management of the energy elements is essential. This task is completed by HEV controller, which splits power between the IC engine and Electric Motor (EM). In this paper, a Genetic-Fuzzy control strategy...
متن کاملAn adaptive cruise control for connected energy-saving electric vehicles
We present an energy-saving cooperative adaptive cruise control (eco-CACC), which minimizes the energy consumption of autonomous electric vehicles. The approach leverages a trajectory preview from the preceding vehicle, and conciliates inter-vehicular distance reduction and speed profile smoothing. The problem is tackled with a nonlinear MPC approach. Rather than tracking a reference trajectory...
